Meet LifeWay CU!
We solve financial needs, one member at a time—not from a pre-delivered, pre-packaged menu.
More importantly, however, we simplify the process—banking with us is easy, convenient, and hassle-free.
Are you ready to simplify?
In 1954, a gentleman by the name of Leonard Wedel (far left), Human Resources Director for the Baptist Sunday School Board, determined that the Board employees needed a credit union. Dr. James Sullivan, who served as president of the Sunday School Board at that time, worked with Mr. Wedel and several others to make this happen—and over 56 years later, we're still going strong!
When it opened its doors nearly 60 years ago, LifeWay Credit Union offered only savings accounts and loans. Today, we’re a full-service financial institution, offering a variety of loan and savings services, along with all the convenience services such as online banking.
So much has changed since LifeWay Credit Union’s inception, but our focus remains the same: Our members. They know they’ll receive personalized attention and simple, convenient services from people they know and trust—not a pre-delivered, pre-packaged menu.
Stop by and let us help you find a timely solution that makes sense to your needs and circumstances—they are called ‘personal finances,’ after all.
